Innovative forms of water governance: “new public regies” and the turn from a market management to egalitarian management of a common good

Abstract : The increasing concentration of population in urban centers give several questions relating to the governance of water resources in megacities : access to water and sanitation for all people, equity services, progressive or social pricing. The regulation modes of water utilities are key priorities.
